I provide business advisory, regulatory compliance, and legal services for small businesses and startups.
I am admitted as a lawyer in Ontario with interest in everything relating to business and technology. I completed my JD/MBA joint program in law and business and BSc in Computer Science at the University of New Brunswick.
I have been through the roller coaster of entrepreneurship and fully understand the needs of a diverse business landscape – how financial budgeting is paramount when starting, scaling, acquiring or managing a business.
